Locate. is a web app for apartment locators, the agents who help renters find their next home. It brings the whole daily workflow into one place: the clients you are helping, the properties you are considering for each of them, the shared knowledge your market has collected about those properties, and the emails, tours, and documents that move a search forward.
It runs in the browser at locateapp.net, works on phones and desktops, and can be added to a phone's home screen as an app.
Client personal information stays in your own Google Drive, not on Locate.'s servers. Only communal property knowledge is shared, and only with authorized members of your market. There are no ads, no trackers, and nothing is ever sold.
Locate. signs you in with your Google account and asks only for the access it uses: its own files in your Drive, sending the emails you compose, checking the status of those emails, and creating the calendar events you request. The Privacy Policy explains every permission and where each kind of data lives.
Access is limited to locators at participating brokerages, managed by each brokerage's own admins. Locate. is built and operated independently by Jonathan Gilliam, an apartment locator, and is not an official product of any brokerage.
